Ordering and Payment:

  • How can I pay for my order? We currently accept Credit Cards and invoices through SQUARE

  • Do you deliver? Yes! We offer delivery within the Phoenix Area for an additional cost

Placing an Order:

  • How do I order? Please reach out via email or text to confirm availability. Once we confirm, order straight through the website by clicking on “MENU” in the website directory. If orders are placed without confirmation of availability they will be refunded.

  • Confirmation of availability? Please reach out via email or txt to confirm availability for your order in advance of placing it. Order that are placed unconfirmed will be refunded short the cc processing fees of 3% as these are not refunded by the processing companies.

Timing and Refunds:

  • How far in advance should I order? At least 72 hours in advance, or as soon as you have a head count! We may be able to make a last minute order, though so always reach out.

  • Can I cancel my order? What is the cancellation policy? Cancellations with 7 days notice or more receive full refund. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice receive 50% of their purchase total as credit to be used at a later date, while 50% is non refundable to help us cover the time/value of prepped materials as well as the now empty time slot that we cannot resell on short notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hr notice are 100% non-refundable & non-creditable. Holiday bookings are 100% non-refundable & non-creditable. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation with our policies, you make it possible for us to do this work we love so much.

Dietary Options:

  • Do you offer vegetarian or vegan charcuterie options? Yes, all charcuterie boards and boats can be made vegetarian or vegan!

  • Do you offer gluten free options? Yes, all boards and boats can be made gluten free with no additional charge!
